Working principle of copper wire stripper

Before the separation and recycling of the surface layer and the inner core of the waste cable, the connector of the cable should be cut off to ensure the long-term durability of the blade, and then the feeding starts. The surface layer of the cable will be cut by the blade on the machine, and then the cut waste cable will be sent to the roller by the conveyor belt, and the inner core and the surface layer will be separated by the strong extrusion force of the roller, However, starting from the personnel, the surface layer and the inner core should be tied up by classification, which is the complete working principle of the waste cable stripping machine.

Application of copper wire stripping machine

Copper wire stripper can strip three types of wires, one is short wire, the head and tail of short wire are completed through the front wire feeding wheel and front wire pressing. The second is the long line, which only needs to be peeled. The end of the long line is completed by the cooperation of the front wire feeding wheel and the front wire pressing wheel, and the end of the line is completed by the cooperation of the rear wire feeding wheel and the rear wire pressing wheel. The third is sheath, which needs to peel one to three layers of wires. The first three layers of wires are completed through the cooperation of the front wire feeding wheel and the front wire pressing wheel, and the last three layers are completed through the cooperation of the rear wire feeding wheel and the rear wire pressing wheel.

1. The blade should not be too sharp to damage the inner core. At the same time, the position of the blade should be set according to different cables.

2. Pay attention to check whether the position is wrong when feeding.

3. Pay attention to whether the pressure of the springs on both sides is too tight, which will cause the cable cannot pass through.
