Waste copper wire granulator machine is mainly used for recycling waste copper wire, waste wire, waste cable and so on. The diameter of cable processed is less than 25mm, better for single conductor diameter of 0.2-0.5mm.Simply speaking, it is to crush the waste copper wire, wire and cable first, and then separate the crushed copper and plastic to achieve the distribution and utilization after separation. Working principle

1. Crushing. First crush the cable into copper and plastic granules. The size of granules are generally 2-8 mm after crushing.

2. Separating. Using the principle of different specific gravity of copper and plastic, two kinds of media with different specific gravity are separated by air flow and vibration.
